As a landlord it is your responsibility to provide a safe environment for your tenants. This applies to the safety of all gas appliances within the property. As a Gas Safe registered engineer, Rob is fully qualified to test all of your gas appliances and issue a landlord gas safety certificate. This will allow you to comply with the latest legal requirements.
A systems check and subsequent issue of the certificate is only £55
